| The Broadway Joe Morning Show on Power 92.3FM featuring Broadway Joe Booker, Ms. Parker, Skirt with the Dirt and Dana Bradley traveled to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff for a live broadcast during UAPB Homecoming weekend 2009.
December 21-23rd, the crew found themselves at the "Watershed" also known as the world's first social hospital. The crew encouraged listeners to donate toys, clothing and food for those less fortunate.

| Evangeline Receives 2009 Sister Friends United "Woman of Distinction" Award |
Saturday, May 2, 2009 Sister Friends United presented the 1st Annual "Women of Distinction" Awards honoring five women of excellence: Dr. Emma K. Rhodes, accomplished writer and entrepreneur; Annie Abrams, Little Rock community leader for nearly fifty years, Dr. Katherine Mitchell, member of the Little Rock School Board for twenty years; Korto Momolu, fashion designer and stylist featured on Project Runway Season 5 and Evangeline Parker, award winning community servant, television and radio personality and a mentor to many young females across the nation.
The evening was filled with elegance and glamour as Teen Promise Executive Director, Evangeline Parker and her guest Isis Johnson, 2008 Miss Teen Promise Princess entered NLR Wyndham Hotel and walked the red carpet. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, fellowship, music, praise dancing, scholarship presentations and a special poetry presentation by Marcus Wells that brought tears of joy to the eyes of the honorees. Marcus delivered an original poem written for and about each honoree and presented the honorees a signed copy of the poem following his presentation.
"I am truly honored to have my name mentioned in the same sentence with the honorees tonight," said Parker. "They have led the way for me and so many others and I'm just grateful that God gave me a vision and strength to make a positive difference in the lives of young females."

On Thursday, July 10, 2008 KARK 4, St. Vincent Health Systems, Office of the Governor and the Arkansas Department of Volunteerism presented the 31st Annual Community Service Awards to six individuals and corporate awards were also presented.
Evangeline Parker was presented a community service award for her work with Teen Promise. Over the past 10 1/2 years Parker has dedicated her life to providing life skills training to young females age 6 and older. Teen Promise, Inc. has touched the lives of over 250 teens producing teachers, nurses, young leaders, positive and productive young females active within their community. Teen Promise has awarded over $50,000 in scholarships and prizes to assist with teens higher education.
Parker was nominated by the Teen Promise Advisory Board and Jamille Rogers, Miss Teen Promise 1998 who grew up in the program and credits Teen Promise, Inc. for her success. Rogers is an award winning elementary school teacher in Conway, Arkansas. Sonseeahray Tonsall of KARK Channel 4 & a Teen Promise Advisory Board member and Erin Harmon of Luttrell Surgical Associates presented the award. Luttrell Surgical Associates also presented Teen Promise, Inc. with a a $500 donation.

| Evangeline has dedicated her life to inspiring young females to "Step Out of the Shadows of Promise into the Spotlight of Success" through her non-profit organization Teen Promise Inc. Since 1998, she has trained young females to be their very best self through leadership development workshops and Teen Promise Female Preparatory Workshops. Teen Promise has provided services to over 350 Arkansas females and awards over $12,000 in scholarships and prizes annually.
April 2008, Evangeline was selected "Arkansan of the Week." She discussed the Teen Promise program with Channel 7 News Anchor and host of Arkansan of the Week program, Scott Inman .
October 2007, Evangeline discussed the Teen Promise program and her award of being selected the October 2007 Volunteer of the Month with KARK Channel 4 Arkansas Matters Host, Dave Woodman.

| On Friday, May 23, at the Hilton Little Rock Metro Center, DIVAS Women's International Fellowship founded by Reverend Carolyn D. Allen presented Evangeline Parker, Executive Director of Teen Promise Inc. with a DIVAS Woman of Distinction Award for her service to youth through Teen Promise Incorporated
Evangeline was honored along with numerous outstanding women including Jody Abernathy, Fran Kelly, Little Rock School District Board President, Dr. Katherine Mitchell; Little Rock School District Superintendent Linda Watson; Karla Scott; Dr. Emma Kelly-Rhodes; Cynthia Austin; Dr. Jacquelin O'Donald; Co-Pastor Rosetta Lindsey; Evangelist Charlotte Wilson; Chauncey Holloman; Marquita Little and Vernonica Summer.
Jamille Rogers, Miss Teen Promise 1998/TPI Public Affairs Director and Jaimee Shaw, Little Miss Teen Promise '07 were invited on stage by Evangeline to assist in the acceptance of the award. Carmen Jordan, Advisory Board Member, Gwen Lane and son were also in attendance.

Evangeline visits St. Mark Baptist Church summer YES Camp to motivate, inspire and entertain participants. This year, the participants were engaged by participating in an impromptu television game show. Evangeline concluded her visit by singing to participants!

| During the 2008 Summer enrichment camp held at St. Mark Baptist Church the treats were readily available from Evangeline speaking and singing to the youth to the youth singing for Evangeline.
It was an educational and inspirational time for all. Congratulations to the St. Mark staff for a job well done.

Dr. Jones, Evangeline, Billy St. James and Merdean Gales served as the Mistress and Masters of Ceremonies for the Gospel showcase.
Throughout the evening important health information was shared with the audience in effort to prevent strokes and promote healthier lifestyles.
